In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the spv88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during the period of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. spv88 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. spv88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Member cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the spv88 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or whose legal capacity is restricted by a court order are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account closure request previously submitted to spv88 under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Not a Restricted Person: Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of spv88 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

spv88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to decline or revoke membership where eligibility criteria are not met or can no longer be confirmed. The burden of establishing eligibility rests with the Member.

To access real-money gaming on the spv88 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your Account profile if any details change.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, spv88 will require you to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP, passport, or SIM) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. spv88 may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is completed to spv88's satisfaction.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify spv88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

Account Currency: All spv88 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. spv88 does not perform currency conversion.

Accepted Deposit Methods: spv88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

Deposit Conditions: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. spv88 reserves the right to return any deposit identified as having originated from a third-party account, less any applicable processing fees. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to revision.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the spv88 Member Account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 5 having been met in full.

Processing Times: spv88 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, where a withdrawal triggers spv88's anti-fraud review procedures, or where the receiving financial institution applies its own processing delays. spv88 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the spv88 Platform and may be adjusted from time to time. VIP Members may be subject to elevated limits as communicated through the VIP programme dashboard.

spv88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, roulette, keno, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute 0% and will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be cancelled and removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion only once. spv88 reserves the right to cancel bonus claims made in excess of this limit.
• Abuse and Fraud: spv88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and colluding with other Members to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, spv88 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void all bets placed with Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the Member's Account.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Prior to Completing Wagering: If a Member withdraws their deposit before satisfying the associated wagering requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited in full.

spv88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and to interpret the terms of any promotion in its sole discretion where ambiguity exists.

Each product category on the spv88 Platform — including the sportsbook, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo), slots, keno, and crash games — is governed by product-specific rules published within each game environment. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Sportsbook: Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for each sport and competition. In the event of a conflict between general sportsbook rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail. Odds are displayed in decimal format in IDR. spv88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or palpably incorrect price, and to correct settlement errors after the fact where a demonstrable technical or human error has occurred.

Live Casino: Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers via video stream. Decisions made by the dealer in accordance with the applicable game rules are final. In the event of a stream interruption, bets that were placed before the interruption and whose outcome can be confirmed from server logs will be settled normally; bets that cannot be confirmed will be voided and the stake returned.

Slots and RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG)-based games — including slots, keno, and crash games — use certified RNG technology audited for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game studio and available within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spv88 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account management.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in live casino games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event offered on the spv88 sportsbook.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the security mechanisms of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spv88 customer support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

spv88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the Account.
• A Member's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent spv88 from continuing to provide services to the Member.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a breach by the Member, spv88 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

All content on the spv88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, layout, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to spv88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of spv88.

Any unauthorised use of spv88's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Member's licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

spv88 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

spv88 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Member data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and spv88 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

spv88 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game studios) strictly as necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spv88's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount of verified real-money funds held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

spv88 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if spv88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform resulting from scheduled maintenance, network failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other events beyond spv88's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by live casino dealers, sportsbook traders, or RNG systems that are consistent with the applicable game rules, even where such decisions result in a financial loss to the Member.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Member in their jurisdiction of residence as a result of gaming winnings received from spv88.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit spv88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

spv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spv88 will provide notice to Members via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Member's Account, no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the spv88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact spv88 at [email protected] to close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms currently published on the Platform at spv88.one/terms-conditions is the version in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which spv88 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, Members are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint directly with the spv88 customer support team at [email protected]. spv88 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under spv88's operating licence. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
